Champions
Our Cultural Champions
We are fortunate to have a Champion in almost all city schools, across all phases of education. Our Champions' role is to act as an information point for cultural learning opportunities, liaising with classroom teachers, curriculum specialists and school leaders to ensure that opportunities are well publicised, and that the CCEP is made aware of schools' needs and priorities.
Cultural Champions receive regular newsletters and updates from CCEP, and our Governance groups include representatives from universities, cultural organisations, primary schools and secondary schools including SEND settings.
Our ambition is to extend our model to include Champions from more of the city's cultural organisations.
